[WT-support] Band map population

Text did not seem to go through:

For some reason, we cannot get the bandmap on one computer to populate.  We have the telnet window open and we are actively receiving spots from the Internet and skimmer.

But now matter what we do, the spots do not translate over to the computer bandmap.  We've tried switching to S&P mode, etc.

No go.

Any suggestions?
