(Rev.1 included; IO1HQ, IO4HQ, IO5HQ, IO8HQ & IO9HQ : ARI)

I have also put simple text file version in the zipped format file for your
easy reference.

To get these files to work with Win-Test, you must unzip it and then:

rename iaru2011rev2.dtb itu.dtb

and (optional)

rename iaru2011rev2.txt iaru2011rev2.xdt

The file name IARU_HF.DTB doesn't seem to work despite the documentation
(thanks W2GD). Use ITU.DTB instead.

For Win-Test 3, these files go in the Win-Test installation directory.

For Win-Test 4, put the ITU.DTB file in the folder displayed by File |
Explore | /databases and put the .XDT file in the folder displayed by File |
Explore | /extras

(Optional) Press Alt-X to open the Extra Data Window, right click on it,
select Extra Data Files, click Add, select the iaru2011rev2.xdt file and
press OPEN and OK.

When you type in an HQ call like 3V8HQ, you should see ASTRA appear in the
logging window and in the Extra Data window.

Bob, N6TV
