[WT-support] Getscore error

[Bob Wilson, N6TV]

I believe wtCom.dll is automatically installed in the Win-Test installation
directory (C:\Program Files\Win-Test).  Maybe you should install GetScores
in the same directory, or copy wtCom.dll to the GetScores installation
directory?
