[WT-support] microkeyer with vista

Hello Rick,

I believe the audio mixer you are referring to does not appear in Vista or
Windows 7.  Only in WinXP.  This is due to the changes in the way Microsoft
handles audio in Vista and Win7.  The Microham support group will have a
better explanation.
