Do you want super check partial or "pre-fill" exchange (which you asked
about privately)?  They are two different things.

There is no specific "pre-fill" .DTB file for the ARRL RTTY roundup.

For super check partial, you use MASTER.SCP.  You can also rename it to
DEFAULT.SCP.  Download it from http://www.supercheckpartial.com and save it
in your Win-Test Databases folder (in Win-Test do File | Explore |
/databases directory).

To download the latest country file, type COUNTRYFILES [Enter] in the
logging window and follow the prompts.  Downloading and selecting
CTY_WT_MOD.DAT is highly recommended.

Do you already have RTTY with MMTTY and Win-Test working?
