[WT-support] CW speed control with Microham MicroKeyer II

Thanks Bob & Juan. I now have speed control via the speed pot.
I saw the "Options>Winkey properties" screen before, but got put off by the
words "These settings do not apply if you're using a Winkey chip embedded in
a microHam device". I now realise that this only applies to the top left
panel, and not to the whole page.
