Which brand of USB-to-Serial cable are you using?

Please send screen shots of your Win-Test SETUP and HRD Radio SETUP screens
so I can see what is different.   Be sure to capture the details of the
Radio COM port.

Note that you can't run HRD and Win-Test at the same time.  Only one program
can access the radio at a time.

You could also try selectiong radio type OmniRig, which you can download for
free from http://www.dxatlas.com/omnirig.
