If you are asking for a "User Defined Contest" feature, this is not
supported by Win-Test.

New C/C++ code has to be written by the authors for almost every new
contest, or rule change.

Some day, maybe, we the users will be able to customize these types of
things using Win-Test LUA scripts and/or special contest configuration
files.  Then the authors can finally "retire" from code maintenance and the
burden will shift to all of us to add these things ourselves. :-)
