[WT-support] log corrections

Just submit the score and the robot will take of it. The operator will not be penalized , he will just not get credit for the contacts, and  the other stations will not lose the contacts.
Do not fiddle with the log and delete QSOs.

Rick, I am not sure what the solution is.  However, I just want to point out that a Cabrillo file, by definition, does not contain any point or scoring information.
