[WT-support] VHF EDI file

Hi Gunar

Unfortunetly the latest version (v4.9.1 and Win7)  is wrong this 
funktion.  This problem was also on the hungarian national  championship.

We ask  the developer to solve this problem.  Thank you on behalf of 
each VHF contestant Win-test User!
