[WT-support] F1 to F4 keys

The speed of internal DVK playback is controlled by Win-Test on phone the
same way as on CW, by pressing Alt-F9 and Alt-F10.  Press those keys until
you see "Tempo=100%" at the bottom of the Rate window (Alt-R).
