[WT-support] Win-7 64-Bit replacement for DlPortIO??

Windows 7 32-bit is recommended, but some people have reported success using
Windows  64-bit.

Download and install InpOut32 from
http://www.highrez.co.uk/scripts/download.asp?package=InpOutBinaries

Then rename InpOut32.dll to DLPortIO.DLL and start Win-Test.

Please let us know the results.
