The sources of COMFSK 1.05 are available in the package : 
http://mmhamsoft.amateur-radio.ca/download.php?file=comfsk105.zip&category=addon

A qualified user with the same issue may patch the code to use the 
appropriate pins. Unfortunately, JE3HHT used Borland C++ Builder 6 (or 
better, I guess), that I don't own.

Another approach could be to use a virtual null-modem emulator (com0com) 
and write a COM to LPT interface with dlportio.
