[WT-support] How to edit master.scp

Perhaps when you run WT 3 as an Administrator on Vista, it uses WT.INI and
MASTER.SCP in the same directory as WT.EXE.

And when you don't run as an Administrator, it looks elsewhere, e.g.

C:\ProgramData\Win-test

?

In any case, just run WT as an Administrator and register it using the same
reg. key that you see when you don't run it as Administrator. Does that
make the demo mode go away?

Use Help | Register Software to display the old reg key, then restart WT as
Administrator and paste it.

Do Help | About Win-Test to ensure that you really are running the exact
same version in both cases.

But again, I would recommend purchasing an upgrade to WT4, as WT4 was
designed to be more compatible with Vista and Windows 7 than WT 3. You
don't have to run WT4 as an Administrator.
