The date that is displayed by Win-Test is just copied from the first two
lines of the file (the header), so if you do not change the header, you will
not be able to tell that Win-Test is using your updated MASTER.SCP.
Did you turn off hidden file extensions as explained in the Wiki, so that
you can see the full file name? Maybe you are editing a file named
MASTER.SCP.TXT or MASTER.SCP.SCP but you can't tell. Win-Test will ignore
files with these names.
Is WT.EXE in C:\Programme\Win-Test ?
Do the following:
Start | Run | cmd.exe
CD \Programme\Win-Test
DIR MA*
Do you see more than one copy of MASTER.SCP.* ? Check the timestamps on the
files.
DIR *.EXE
Is WT.EXE in there or is it in another directory?
