[WT-support] problem comunication WT via micoHAM USB III -IC7700

Hello All
I have a problem with set-up WinTest to work correct with microHAM USB 
interface III.
In both programs is lack of comunication between programme and transceiver.
My Logger32 is working correct ,comunication is OK.
Do you have some idea what is wrong?
set-up  menu my IC7700
 CI-V Baud Rate 19200
CI-V Address 7Ah
CI-V Transceive ON
Decode Baud Rate 19200

port com Device Router 7.7.1 is :
COM 3
COM 4
COM 5
COM 6

VFO A WinTest show 14220  and  in IC7700 still 28480
