[WT-support] skimmer+clx & mults (2nd step of SJ2W request)

Hi.

Following SJ2W suggestions which I do a agree completely IMO there's need to 
change something else into spot handling.
Actually WT overwrites spots as soon as a new one comes.
Such a situation which already leaks using old fashion cluster, in case of 
skimmer usage, is totally destroying the system. [....]
In last WAE CW I found myself storing qrg's into the rtx, in my brain, 
writing down on paper qrg's/calls, sometimes typing a "sh/dx xyz" to recall 
a call, etc.
Meanwhile I was doing something else on one or both radios (eg. I had a qtc 
grp or a qso going on). What of above happened because whenever a new mult 
was spotted it was immediately overwritten by another call. :-(
A few mults were lost because of the above issue!!
Sometimes new mults appeared and few seconds later they were already 
disappeared because skimmer did spot another call and soon after another one 
and so on.

Thus I would ask to add a feature to hold on mults into both bandmap/list 
and ann window.
It could be a feature where the user will set a threshold time (eg. 60 min, 
30 min, 20 min, etc) and it will apply the same algorithm actually used to 
overwrite or not qrg spots.
This feature should be optional and selected by the user because in a few 
cases the overwrite issue is good and/or doesn't hurt that much. [...]

Any inputs from the developers side? :-)
