You may want to contact Marios directly.
If you search the reflector archives for "getscores" you will see suggestions to put the log in the same directory as Win-Test; I don't know if that will fix the problem however.

It seems to me that if you don't use N1MM or Writelog they don't
care....personally Win-Test is still the best contest logging program.
