To document the results from private email exchanges, Jorge had two
different "Always on Top" options selected:

   1. Options | Windows | Always on Top
   2. Options | RTTY Setup | MMTTY Window Stays on Top

Turning OFF the first option fixed the problem.  Now the MMTTY window stays
on top at all times.
