I am having trouble understanding exactly what you're trying to do and what
is not working as expected.

Why do you have to click on the MMTTY window instead of the Win-Test RTTY
window?

The "Always on top" feature is new and I don't know if this causes an
unwanted side-effect when operating RTTY with MMTTY. If you position the
MMTTY window properly so that it doesn't overlap Win-Test, you can disable
the "Always on Top" option.

If you are using "Floating" Win-Test windows (Options | Windows | Floating),
try non-Floating, or vice versa.
