[WT-support] IC-775DSP IF filter switching

Hi to all!

Maybe somebody can show me the clue what I need to do to solve the problem:

Every time when I send info from PC to TRCVR (click the spot on bandmap
or directly enter frequency or mode from the keyboard) IC-775DSP switch
IF filters to WIDE (does not matter what mode or filters are used before)
Tried different COM port baud rates - no changes

I have no this problem with exactly the same hardware setup using Write-Log 
soft.
I have no such problem with WinTest to control KENWOOD rigs (TS-950SD & 
TS-790E)

My setup:
WinTest  V.3.27
OS Win -98SE
Rig IC-775DSP
CI-V interface connected to real COM port
