[WT-support] [?? Probable Spam] Re: Rotator program

Hello Carlos,

I purchased PstRotators and it does not work with version 4.6.  Are you
running a stand alone Win-test or do have networking setup?  Win-test gives
error about opening UDP socket #10013 and 10038 pstrotator does not work
with Win-test.  Any ideas?
