I don't know anything about wtRotators (Olivier wrote it), but I'm 99% 
sure the protocol modifications are not related to the troubles you're 
facing.

Maybe the installation of Win-Test version 4.6.0 also installed a 
different version of wtRotators which is buggy ?

I'd be glad to hear from PstRotator users if they're facing the same 
issues with WT 4.6.0.
