[WT-support] Upgrade to 4.6.0

I am a new user of WT (4.5.1) and I used it for the first time in the CQWW SSB 
test last weekend.

I'm a convert from CT-DOS and I found your program excellent and had no issues 
with WT during the 27 hours that I operated. As W2GD told me "WT is like CT on 
steroids". I love all the "extra" windows and it was a easy conversion from CT.
