If you don't add this line, the current behavior of the key you're 
assigning will *also* be executed by Win-Test, if any.

For example, if you assign a script to F11, and forget to add the 
"return -1" line, your script will be executed *but* the current QSO 
line will be cleared too, because it is the internal function of F11.
