[WT-support] Rotator control - Prosistel

Trying to control Prostistel D controller with wtRotators and WT.

D controller is connected to COM1.

The problem is that connection is not solid. Drops often and wtRotators or D controller have to be reset to get readings back.

Secondly, and most importantly, D controller does not react to all commands. Especially does not turn ccw often (does not matter if arrow is used or command given in degrees). wtRotators sends the command but D controller does not bother to react every second time for example.

Anyone has any experiences with D controller and WT? Can you help me with some suggestions?
