[WT-support] VHF/UHF KST chat support

Hi,

for serious VHF/UHF contest today you need to use the nice ON4KST chat
for skeds. Are there any plans to support it in WT?

I would have some ideas, but an external chat client is less
interesting. It would be nice to know e.g. if a station was already
worked before (in this or in previous contests or maybe on another
band), so at least an interface to WT and the log would be good.
