   1. Start Win-Test 4
   2. From the menu, select File | Explore | /countryFiles directory
   (This will open Windows Explorer)
   3. Right click on ARIPROV.DAT in Windows Explorer
   4. From the pop-up menu, select Open With
   5. Select "Wordpad" (or if not listed, select "Other program", then
   choose "Wordpad")
   6. Using Wordpad, delete the line that says "FO  FC"
   7. In Wordpad, Select File/Save
   8. Exit Wordpad
   9. Close Windows Explorer
   10. Restart Win-Test 4
