[WT-support] HF DX mode with name insertion?

in the Wiki for a description of how to insert operator names into a
CW message.  Basically you put the following lines in a .XDT file

# TITLE Operator Names
# VARIABLE OPNAME
CT1BOH Jose
DJ1YFK Fab
DL4NER Werner
DL6RAI Ben
...

and then you can use $OPNAME in a CW or RTTY message.
