1/ You can use Ctrl-Dbl click to delete the spot without the warning window.

2/ A very safe way is to set all the default Windows sounds as silent 
("No sound") in the Sound and audio devices settings. It will also 
prevent other running apps to play a sound (like the Avast's charming 
voice informing you that "the virus database has been updated !") in the 
middle of a contest.
