[WT-support] BUYING

I am attempting to purchase V4 of Wintest as an upgrade from V3 I already
had purchased in 2007 but the upgrade page keeps telling me there is
inconsistent data. I entered my customer number along with callsign and
e-mail address and checked upgrade. What is inconsistent?
