[WT-support] transmit inhibit

FYI in case anyone has built my lockout circuit (see link below) for use
with two Elecraft K3s.  There are timing issues in the K3 firmware such that
it is still possible for both radios to be on the air at the same time. The
only resolution is to eliminate the "priority switch" in the diagram and
simply wire the lines together.  Unfortunately this means both radios can
also lock each other out when they both try to transmit at the same time.
:-(

Elecraft is aware of the issue and may eventually come up with a resolution.
