Hi Larry.

I've just sent e-mail to DK2OY and DL3TD, responsible persons for DARC 
Fieldday contest
with question regarding multipliers.
As soon as I receive answer from them, I will pass it to you.

Fixed stations are in the results list as separate category.
You can find it in FD results archive on DARC site..

You're right. It's not so clear.

We always assumed the Q was invalid, but maybe it counts as a mult. We
never got complains abt that the previous years, however...

Thanks for pointing this out.

Actually, I guess this contest is tailored for Field Day operations and
stations. Not even sure the fixed stations are in the results list.
