[WT-support] New laptop

[CHRIS COLCLOUGH]

I am trying to download the latest version to a new laptop using the trial version download and registering but keep getting the same message.

"Need to run 2 week trial before registering"

Being a registered, and paid up user, am I doing something wrong?
