[WT-support] No Check partial working in 4.6.0 dev durin IOTA

Right click on the Super Check Partial window to display the pop-up menu.

If "In log only" is checked, it *must* be un-checked, otherwise the
check-partial window ignores all databases and only uses QSOs in your log.
