Hello Larry,

Thanks very much! That did it.

I wonder why that file was missing in both my computers with WT 
version 4.5.1 ?

Anyway - with IOTA.DAT in 
the /countryFiles directory everything's working perfect.

It looks obvious, but please ensure you have IOTA.DAT in the 
/countryFiles directory (use File / Explore / countryFiles directory 
to 
get there easily). That may explain the difference.
