default setup 192.168.56.255 9871 port, on notebook (STN1)  I have setup
TCP/IP 192.168.1.6 255.255.255.255 and WinTest Ethernet default setup
192.168.1.255 9871 port but on DESKTOP see all notebook information freq.

Try using Subnet mask 255.255.255.0 instead of 255.255.255.255 in your LAN
configuration (or just let DHCP assign it).

Set the broadcast address in Win-Test on BOTH SYSTEMS to 192.168.1.255 by
pressing the [By default] button on the Interface Configuration screen.

It sounds like you are setting the broadcast address to your Ethernet
address by mistake, on one of the computers.  The broadcast address is not
the address of your computer.  Just press the "By default" button and it set
it properly in most cases.
