[WT-support] New segments and markers file

Hi all

Bob N6TV designed new segments and markers files, and makes them 
available to the community.

http://download.win-test.com/files/segments/IARURegion1Segments.seg
http://download.win-test.com/files/segments/IARURegion1SegmentsDetailed.seg

These files have to be put in the /extras directory to be seen from 
Win-Test (File / Explore / Extras directory).

Use the Options / Data files / Markers files and / Segments files to 
include them in your radio windows.

Also, K1TTT recently updated his callsign.pat file 
(http://download.win-test.com/files/extra/callsign.pat) to be put in the 
same directory too.
