Please provide more details about your configuration.  Screen shots, port
numbers, USB-to-Serial converters, Icom RS-232 interface box, rig address,
operating system, etc.  Did you find the "Use IC-7800 defaults" button?
Press [Configure] next to the serial port, in the Win-Test Interfaces
Configuration menu.

A common problem is that some brands of USB-to-Serial converters just do not
work well enough to support Win-Test.
