[WT-support] KCJ Mults x2 missing

Hello,
 
While Propagation to EU died from ZL, I decided to operate in the Keymans Club of Japan for a while.  I'm currently using V 4.4.0
 
I noticed 2 Prefectures / District codes are missing from the JA Districts Mult window, it only shows 60.  I could not locate the data file to ammend the missing areas.  I looked under Doc-settings\App data... CTY Files, and else where.
