Yes.  See http://docs.win-test.com/wiki/Menu:Options#Serial_number .

To summarize, from the Win-Test menu select Options | CW | Serial Number |
Custom table...

Enter the following:

[image: OptionsCWSerialNoCustom.PNG]

and press [OK].

Finally, enter the text command CUSTOMCUT [Enter] (or Options | CW | Serial
Number | Custom) to select this customized list of abbreviations.

Cut numbers will be sent for both exchanges and QTCs, for both QSO time as
serial numbers.

To temporarily disable the feature, use NOCUT [Enter].
