[WT-support] wt4 registration problem

Hi,
I did a fresh install of wt4.4.0 on new hardware and ordered a
registration code online.
No answer from the robot...
(e-mail-account is working, spamfilter checked)

So I tried to buy a new license, filled out my Call and e-mail-adress
(the same as I used 2009-07 when I bought the upgrade 3->4).
The system answers:

Inconsistent data were detected.
Please check that all purchase data you entered were correct.
An error report has been sent to the site administrator.

Please help
