[WT-support] Task #220 still not fixed, External DVK incompat. with Adv. SO2R

In sum, when using an external DVK such as the MK2R+, controlled via LPT
pins, and you select Advanced SO2R mode, and CapsLock binds to secondary
radio, the CapsLock key doesn't seem to have any effect other than to change
the window focus.  When you press F1, the external DVK's "CQ" message always
gets played on the *primary* radio, never on the secondary radio, even when
it is highlighted in yellow.

If you select the *internal *sound card DVK, or select the MK2R+'s "USB
Voice Codec" in the Win-Test setup screen as your "internal DVK", or use CW
mode, it works as expected.  Since LPT Pin 14 is set up to control the
active radio, which microHAM calls the "TX Focus" pin, no matter which sound
card is being used, it should work, but it doesn't.

Any chance this could get fixed before the big upcoming phone contests?
Verified in both WT 3.27 and WT 4.1.
