[WT-support] Mixed Mode QSOs

Most contests supported by Win-Test do not permit cross mode contacts.  Even
for those that do, I assume cross mode contacts are quite rare.  Therefore,
if the requested feature is added to Win-Test,* *I sure hope it will only
work that way for the limited number of contests that might need it, rather
than work like that for all contests.
