Search your E-mails in-box / Spam box for the subject line:
 
Achat de Win-Test - Win-Test purchase
 
or sender:   Robot at win-test.com
 
This E-mail will have the login and password information required to download the program.  If this is the area you require the password.

Please tell us exactly what error message you see on the web site (or in Win-Test?) when you try to register.  A screen shot would help.
