[WT-support] WT and micro keyer 2r+

  Guys,

  Trying to get win-test to link to my radio but it doesnt do it.
  Radio by itself work perfectly with the mk2r+

  Followed the instructions ,to use the same port number that is used between the 
  microkeyer and the computer.  no luck

  Tried with checkmark on the SO2R on the win test and of course using the control
  port with the defined virtual com.

  Still I cannot see my radio on  win-test..
