[WT-support] [Ctrl-Shift-tab]

The manual states

"To change the mode of the Secondary Radio Window, use either
[Ctrl-Shift-tab] or a mouse click on the appropriate control in the 
Secondary Radio Window"

But for me only the mouse click works ( rather cumbersome). The 
keystroke combo does nothing. Do I need to do something else in the 
menus to enable this?
