[WT-support] Invalid wt_dev.exe

Hi
I am not sure if I am doing anything wrong but wt_dev.exe seems NOT to be a
valid windows application.

I tried unzipping with 7zip, winrar and windows zip and although the file is
deflated, it doesnt work. Winrar give me an access error for specifically
wt_dev.exe but the other 2 do not.

rotators_dev seem to work OK

I am doing something wrong or is there something wrong on the server side
