[WT-support] Windows7 and Wine/Linux support

Hi -

We have managed to deal with the support of both Windows7 and 
Wine/Linux. You can try it with the last nightly build: 
http://download.win-test.com/v4/nightly/

As usual, nightly builds are under betatest status. These builds are 
straight from our devel trunk which might contain developement under work.

BTW, it should work again under Win98 as well but we cannot promise it 
will be the case indefinitly!
