[WT-support] CW Skimmer

 Good morning Gentleman,
 
i have some problems with CW Skimmer and Wintest.
 
I make all who writes in the Manual...but i become this answer from the DX 
cluster: 
 
SKIMMER/QSY command error

and this answer:

Trying to connect to localhost
Disconnected
wtDxTelnet will try to connect again in 30 seconds ...

Have anyone a better Manual to Install Wintest and CW Skimmer?
